Its been around for sometime started around 92 . I've been following it since 2003'ish .Its hard to till what they use it for .It can be used for alot of things .They mostly claim to use it to move clouds out of the way for satellites ect.. by pushing our atmosphere deeper into space. I dont like the thought of doing that cause if something breaks we get radiation on us xD.Also some say it can cut the earth in half lol.....What do you guys think about it? Ppl claim it did the Haiti and china incidents....they claim alot of things about it
